Workflows; "AfterInitialise" event cannot access the Account, Application or Client in certain instances

The Workflow Type Script's "AfterInitialise" event cannot access the Account, Application or Client in certain instances.

For instance, creating a new Workflow from a Workflow Item (e.g., closing the current Workflow and starting a new one) did not set the Account until AFTER the Workflow has been initialised.
