Account Application Logs; when saving a log the "Document" page is opened and the Log isn't saved

When saving an Account Application Log the "Document" page is opened and the Log isn't saved. Clicking on Save again saves the Log.

To Recreate:

1. Open the Account Applications form, Logs page.
2. Click on the 'Add item' button to add a Log.
3. Enter some details and then click the 'Save' button.
4. The focus moves to the 'Document' page and doesn't save the log.
5. Click on the 'Save' button again to save the Log.
