The Messaging Email Address and Phone Number in Global Settings and User Preferences, where present, now validates any changes to the value.

In addition the Tooltip for the SMS Service Provider "ClickSend (Intelligent Technologies)" Phone Number, under Global Settings, Messaging, SMS is now more specific as to what is required.
