Client Statistics; changing Status can cause validation error

You may encounter a validation message such as "Failed to un-approve Statistics Set. Invalid Status. Statistic Set is not 'Approved'" when updating the Client Statistic Set Status multiple times without saving it after each individual change.

The Business Layer has been updated with breaking changes on the following functions:
