Account Withdrawal; new option on the Payment Arrangement page to hold or clear the Loan's Overdue balance

A new option has been added to the Account Withdrawal wizard. On the Payment Arrangement page you may now hold or clear the Loan's Overdue balance.

Note, this will default based upon the User Preference, as per Payment Arrangements. In addition the Permission Key "Account.PaymentArrangementAddHoldOverdueUpdate" can be used to disable this option for the User.

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"AccountWithdrawal_PaymentArrangementOptions" has been updated to version 1.01 on 3/05/2016.
