Close Account wizard; Pre-Computed Interest Loans may incorrectly show the "Interest To" date as the date opened on the Summary Credit grid

In the Close Account wizard, Summary page, Credits grid, Pre-Computed Upfront Interest Loans may incorrectly show the "Interest To" date as the date opened.

This should show the day before Maturity, i.e. the date where Interest has been charged up until.
