Reporting; Account Application List; various issues fixed

The following issues have been fixed on the Account Application List report and associated Query:

  • Exporting all columns would result in a "Primary Key does not exist in collection." error if certain fields, e.g., BranchPk were not specified on the Account Application.
  • A "Date Opened" Range was available on the Report Parameters however Account Applications do not currently use this field. This parameter has been removed.
  • A "Product Types" Range was available on the Report Parameters however Account Applications do not currently use this field. This parameter has been removed.

Note also that the "DateAsAt" as specified in the Report Parameters is not currently used.
