Global Settings and User Preferences; Messaging Email Address fields updated

The Global Settings and User Preferences, Messaging options for Email Addresses has been updated as follows:

1. Global Settings, Messaging, SMS "Email Address" now wider to show 100 characters.

2 User Preference; Messaging, Email "Sender Email" only allowed 50 characters - now wider and allows up to 100 characters.

3. User Preferences, Messaging, SMS "Email Address" now wider to show 100 characters.

Note, all these emails addresses allow up to 100 characters to be entered.
