Summary Page (Version 2) style sheet updated to make Service Reports slightly more compact

Service Reports that use the Summary Page (Version 2) String builder (e.g., Centrix Wheels) are now a little more compact.

This is due to a change made to the summarypage_2.css file in the Templates folder.
