Documents; Logs now have a "Print Status"

This is to support the new "Print Documents" wizard.

Unpublishing a Log will clear its Publish details but will not affect the Printed details (Print Status, Date Printed etc).

The following forms have been updated:

• Account Log
• Document page.
• Audit page.
• Account Application Log
• Document page.
• Audit page.
• Client Log
• Document page.
• Audit page.
• User Log
• Document page.
• Audit page.

Logs grids (and Logs sub-reports) now display the following additional descriptions in the Publish Status column:

• To Print
• Printed

Logs that have a status of "To Print" will appear bold in Logs grids although they do not count towards the Unpublished/ To Action counts displayed next to the Logs page on the Form Actions bar.

The standard Log Summary block used in Summary Pages has been updated to show the Print Status.
