Logs forms; Viewing document functionality standardised and enhanced

Logs can reference up to three Documents:

• The Document File that the Log links to
• HTML information stored within the Log
• Embedded File information

The following changes have been made to all Log forms:

• On the "Document" page, under "Embedded" Document, the buttons have been changed to "View" and "Save As..."

The following forms have been updated:

• Account Application Log
• Account Log
• Client Log
• Security Statement Log
• Security Statement Item Log
• User Log
