Account Application Sub Status; is no longer set to Null when Application is Closed

An Account Application includes a Status and Sub-Status. The Sub-Status can only be updated via a script.

Previously, when an Account Application was Closed, i.e. Accepted, Declined or Unwanted, the Sub-Status was Nulled on the database. When Closed the Sub Status value could not be updated.

Now the Sub-Status value is preserved when the Account Application is Closed and can now always be updated even when Closed.
