Refinance Account wizard; Refinance to an "Existing Account" does not allow Account codes to be typed in

In the Refinance Account wizard, refinancing to an "Existing Account" does not allow the Account to be typed in.

Each time a letter is typed the Summary page is updated and then the Account Id is refocused - which reselects the text. This means typing in an Account code does not work properly.
