Client Statistics; various issues with the standard Summary Page

Various issues with the Client Statistics Summary Page have been corrected.

1. Expenses were shown before Income in the "Income and Expenses" block.
2. Totals may have been under the incorrect column.

The following standard Summary Page blocks were updated:

"ClientStatisticsSet_IncomeAndExpenses" was updated to version 1.01 on 8/03/2016
"ClientStatisticsSet_StatisticsSub" was updated to version 1.02 on 8/03/2016
