Security Statement Items; Insurance Company can now link to External Parties Insurers

Security Statement Items and Account Application Items can now link to External Parties Insurers for the Insurance Company

If an External Party is selected the Insurance Company Name become Read-Only and is updated to the External Party's Name.

Note, when an External Party Insurer's Name is changed the change flows through to the Security/ Collateral Item.

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"SecurityStmt_SecurityItemInsurance" updated to version 1.01 on 8/03/2016
"SecurityStmt_SecurityItemSummary" updated to version 1.02 on 8/03/2016
