Documents; Cheque; Sample document can now be imported from the Templates folder

A sample Cheque Document can now be imported via the Documents form.

The Templates\Cheque.xml includes what was previously the Template code for a Cheque type Document.

This file includes the embedded template file (Cheque.docx) which is also included in the \Templates folder.

This Document has also been updated to support an Embedded Template.

NOTE: No Cheque-specific Template Document Script code can now be pasted into the Script.
