AccountStatement object event script; properties in ExecuteCommitPostInTransaction not as expected

If using the AccountStatement "ExecuteCommitPostInTransaction" script event several properties are not returned as expected.

For example, the AccountStatement.Balance and AccountStatement.GetTransactionCount properties return 0.

These now work as expected, but note that they will include the Statement Fee.
