Client Contacts; using the "Changed" button below the grid creates 3 auditing Logs

Using the "Changed" button below the Client Contacts grid creates 3 auditing Logs. One is noting the combined change, one the change to the existing address/ contact and the third is for the new address/ contact.

This has been updated so only the combined audit Log noting the address/ contact has been changed is added.

Note, in addition the "Changed' button should not have only been enabled when in edit mode - fixed.
