"Web Interface" licence setting replaced with "finPOWER Connect Cloud"

The finPOWER Connect Web Interface, although still updated to work with the latest finPOWER Connect versions is obsolete.

Its replacement is finPOWER Connect in the Cloud and the Licence form has been updated to reflect this.

NOTE: The renaming of this module does not affect any users currently licensed for the "Web Interface"; this is simple a rename and controls the availability of both the "Web Interface" and the Cloud version of finPOWER Connect.
