Task Manager; Unallocated Workflows can now be viewed by non-Workflow Manager Users

The ability to show an 'Unallocated' Workflows folder in the Task Manager, regardless of whether the User is a Workflow Manager or not has been added.

The following forms have been updated to allow entry of Workflow Categories, regardless of whether the User is a Workflow Manager:

• New User wizard
• Users & Responsibilities

The 'Unallocated' Workflows folder will only be displayed for non-Workflow Manager Users only if a range of Task Manager Workflow Categories has been defined for that User.

NOTE: Although only Workflow Managers can allocate unallocated Workflows, if the currently logged in User is a Workflow Manager but they are viewing a non-Workflow Manager User in the Task Manager, they will still be able to allocate unallocated Workflows.
