Scripts; Script can now hide the 'Load Settings' and 'Save Settings' buttons on the 'Execute Script' wizard

A new setting on the Parameters page of the Scripts form allows the 'Load Settings' and 'Save Settings' buttons to be hidden on the 'Execute Script' wizard.

This wizard is used by the following types of Script:

• Action
• General
• General (User Interface)
• HTML Report

The 'Execute Script' wizard has also been updated to hide, rather than just disable, the 'Load Settings' and 'Save Settings' buttons when not applicable.
