Security Statement Auditing; new option to audit Financing Statement Registration changes done via the NZ PPSR G2B interface

A new auditing option has been added for Security Statements. This audits Financing Statement Registration changes done via the NZ PPSR G2B interface.

This option must be turned on, i.e. by default these events are not audited on the Security Statement. Note, PPSR Transactions are always available, which provide this information.

To enable, go to Global Settings and under the Auditing Group, Security Statement page, check "Registration PPSR".
