finAccountCalcSchedule; new functions to get Totals by Element

New functions have been added to the finPOWER Connect finAccountCalcSchedule Business Layer object to get Totals by an Element.

The new functions are:

TotalByElementId
TotalByElementPk

Note, the TotalByElementPk function is more efficient, so should be used where possible.
