Accounting Ledgers; new "Suspended" Status added

A new "Suspended" Accounting Ledger Status has been added.

This allows "Active" Accounting Ledgers to be suspended, which stops transactions going through to the GL Export.

On the Account form, Accounting Ledgers page, there is a new button below the grid to "Suspend" and "Clear Suspension" of an Accounting Ledger.

Note, when an Account is Closed all "Suspended" Accounting Ledgers are automatically set back to "Active".

The following Reports have been updated:

• Account Details Report
• Account Exception List, new "Account Ledgers Suspended" option
• Accounting Ledger List
• Account Income and Forecast Report (Suspended items should be included as if Active)
