Client; Client or Identification Images with an apostrophe in the file name do not show in Summary Pages

If a Client's Image (or one of the Client's Identification Item Images) had an apostrophe (single quote) in the file name, it was not displaying correctly in Summary Pages.

This has been corrected for Version 2 Summary Pages.
