Account Applications; Key Details page; Applicants block; Hyperlink created even when Applicant not linked to a Client

A hyperlink to open the Clients form was always created in the Account Application Key Details page, Applicants block.

A check is now made to only provide a link if the Applicant is linked to a Client.

NOTE: This hyperlink could not be seen since it contained no actual text (i.e., there was no Client Id to hyperlink).
