Client AKAs; new Business Layer function to add or update an existing AKA

A new Business Layer function has been added to add or update an existing AKA.

This makes it easier to update existing Clients, ignoring AKAs that are duplicates.

The new function is finClientAkas.AddOrUpdate(), i.e. Client.Akas.AddOrUpdate(ClientAka).

This will search for a duplicate Aka, doing a case-insensitive match on all fields, with the exception of Notes, which also matches if either the existing or new Note is blank. Note, if a match is found, values are updated to match the case of the AKA passed in.
