Summary Pages (Version 2); CSS changes to limit block header height

The following changes have been made to the summarypage_2.css file used to style Version 2 Summary Pages:

• Block Headers are now restricted to a single line
• E.g., the Log Summary displays the Log Subject in the header and, for very long subjects and small screens, this could cause the heading to overflow to two lines.
