Workflows; Built-in Summary Page has a formatting issue with the column borders

The built-in Workflow Summary Page has a slight formatting issue with Items block in the left-hand column. The grey border appeared to the left rather than being indented 4 pixels but the block content was indented 4 pixels from the border.

The supplied CSS file (summarypage_2.css) has been updated.
