Account Restructure; may not charge Interest after original maturity date

In the Account Restructure wizard, Interest may not be included, i.e. charged, after the current Maturity Date. This issue occurs if the Account Type setting, Interest Options, Interest post maturity is set to "Do not Charge".

Note, after the Restructure is committed the Account calculates correctly, but since the Restructure was incorrectly calculated the remaining payments will overpay the Account.

This issue related to a change made in knowledgebase article #13185.
