Client Key Details; Accounts block; behaviour changed and new constants added

The Accounts block of the Client Key Details Summary Page has been updated to always show non-Closed Accounts and Account Applications regardless of the maximum number of rows to display in the Accounts table (10 by default). This means there could be more Accounts listed than the maximum specified.

The following Summary Pages have been updated:

• SummaryPage2_Client_KeyDetails. Version: 2.05 (15/09/2015)

The following constants have been added:

• IncludeClosedAccounts (False)
• Indicates whether to include Closed Accounts in the Summary Page.
• HideClosedAccounts (True)
• Indicates whether to hide Closed Accounts if they are included.

The ShowAccountsClosed constant has been deprecated but will still be used if it is defined on the Script's Constants page, i.e., if it is True then IncludeClosedAccounts will be set to True and HideClosedAccounts set to False.
