Page Sets; NumberBox now allows blank values

A new 'Allow Blank' property has been added for NumberBox type Page Objects.

The 'blank' status of a NumberBox can be set/ read from Script using the ValueIsBlank property.

NOTE: The Value property will always return zero if the Value is blank (represented internally by DBNull.Value).
