finAccountTransactions collection; updated Business Layer functions

The Business Layer finAccountTransactions collection, as in Account.Transactions, has been updated as follows:

• GetIndexByPk has been obsoleted and replaced by IndexOfPk.
• GetIndexByPromise has been obsoleted and replaced by IndexOfPromise.

In addition the finAccountTransaction object now includes the following functions:

• GetReversedTransaction. This returns the Transaction that reversed this one, either via ReversePk or NegativePaymentReversePk.
