Centrix NZ Credit and Wheels Reports; now include Status Messages

The Centrix NZ Credit and Wheels Reports now include Status Messages. These normally only apply when the overall Enquiry returns an error, but some status messages may be returned for a successful enquiry.

Any Error, Warning and Information status message now shows in the Alerts section.

Note, if you set the script constant "TestMode" to True, "Debug" messages will also be included in the Alerts section.
