Bank Entry; added additional validations on Account splits

Additional validations on Bank Entry Account splits have been added for the User Interface.

If the Account split defines an Element, that Element is now tested against the type of Account selected. For example, if a Loan Account is selected, but the element is an Investment a warning is given.

Note, this validation was always done during a commit.
