Reporting Queries; added debug trace information to show time query takes

The Debug Window shows a Trace like

--> finReports2.qryAccountList.Execute
<-- finReports2.qryAccountList.Execute

In the "<--" line the Duration column shows the milliseconds the Query took to execute. In addition the details show the QueryId, e.g. "AccountSummary".

Note, if it is a very long report the opening "-->" line may be truncated.
