Account Type, Promotions grid; new "Show only Promotions prior to their Stop date" and "Show only 'Open' Promotions" buttonsto filter grid

There are two new options on the Admin, Account Types form, Promotions grid.

1. "Show only Promotions prior to their Stop date".
2. "Show only 'Open' Promotions".

There is an additional label at the top of the page noting if there are any hidden Promotions.

Note, because this grid can be re-ordered, this option does not apply whilst in edit mode. You should highlight the row you wish to edit before clicking Edit.
