Test Web Services form; Request Text can now be entered as a File Name to cater for text of more than 32767 characters

The 'Request Text' field on the Test Web Services form (which is available for certain Web Services) is limited to 32767 characters.

To allow larger requests to be tested (and as an alternative to pasting in the text), a new 'Request File Name' field exists beneath the 'Request Text' field. A file name (e.g., of an XML file) can be entered here and this will be used in preference to the 'Request Text' field.
