Page Sets; NumberBox type Page Objects; New property to show blank if value is zero

A new 'Show Blank if value is Zero' property has been added to NumberBox type Page Objects.

This does not affect the value of the NumberBox, it simply hides the value if it is zero and the Page Object does not have input focus.

This is useful for entering numbers such as Motor Vehicle Year where a value of zero indicates that nothing has been entered.
