Income Distribution wizard; totals should not include Account if there is no Distribution to the Account

In the Income Distribution wizard, totals should not include an Account if there is no Distribution to the Account.

For example, if the Account's Average Daily Balance <= 0 then no Distribution is made to the Account - and it should not be include in the totals shown in Report at the bottom of the Distribution Items grid.
