Refinance; from Account's Refinance Transaction no longer forced to "Refinanced to Account '[To.AccountId]'"

When completing a Refinance, the "From Account"'s Refinance Transaction no longer is automatically set to "Refinanced to Account '[To.AccountId]'".

This is because the "[To.AccountId]" tag is updated and saved on the Transaction when the Refinance is still Pending. If the "To Account"'s Account Id is changed whilst Pending, it won't be correctly reflected in the Transaction.

NOTE: If you still want this behaviour, because you do not change the Account Id, set the Transaction Notes for the Transaction Type to "Refinanced to Account '[To.AccountId]'".
