Credit Bureau Defaults wizard; added columns for Account Type and Monitor Category
In the Credit Bureau Defaults wizard, Account grid, new columns have been added for Account Type and Monitor Category.
In addition the Summary Page now shows the Account Monitoring block.
The following built-in Summary Pages have been updated:
"SummaryPage2_CreditBureauDefaults_ItemSummary" has been updated to version 2.01 on 17/07/2015.
