Document Manager; not showing all files for the Client, Account etc.

The list of files in the Document Manager may not be correct, some items may not show.

This occurs if a Log is linked to a document that is stored outside the Document Manager folder and has the same file name as a file within the Document Manager folder. In this circumstance only the file linked to the Log is shown.
