Close Account wizard; "Unposted Transactions" checkbox not initialised correctly
In the Close Account wizard, Review Accruals page, the "Unposted Transactions" checkbox is not initialised correctly.
The checkbox is unticked, but the Unposted Transactions value is added into the Net Balance.
