Account Type, Promotions; User Data shown in Promotion Summary Page may be incorrect

The User Data shown in the Account Type, Promotions Summary Page may be incorrect. It shows default values for items that don't exist in the User Data.

This issue can occur for existing Promotions when the Parameter Set for entering User Data is amended. For example when a new item is added to the Parameter Set.
