Application Shortcuts; Execute Scheduled Script; Blank tip added to 'Interval' field

The 'Interval' field in the Application Shortcut wizard (sometimes referred to as the Taskpane Item wizard) now displays a blank tip of '10' to show that if unspecified, a Scheduled Script will run every 10 minutes.
