Gender; added Indeterminate and Intersex options to cover international standards

Standards for Sex/ Gender differ between countries, but most countries now recognise Sex/ Gender as Male, Female, Indeterminate, Intersex and Unknown.

Indeterminate is a person who cannot be classified as male or female, given genetic testing. Intersex is a person who is born with reproductive or sexual anatomy that does not fit the typical biological definitions of male or female.

finPOWER Connect has been updated to include these additional categories.

Note, Sex is generally considered "biological determined", whereas Gender is considered a "Social/ Cultural perception" - however in most countries only one "Sex/ Gender" option is required.
