Bank Account Enquiries; No longer creates "Delete" Client Log, original Client Log's outcome updated

Bank Account Enquiries no longer create a "Delete Request" Client Log when the enquiry is deleted. Instead the original Client Log's outcome is updated to "Deleted".

Also, when a Bank Account Enquiry is completed the original Client Log's outcome is updated to "Completed".

Note, existing Client Logs are not updated in the database upgrade.
