Account Applications; Applicant wizard; Tax & Other Information page added
A new "Tax & Other Information" page has been added to the Applicant wizard.
The business layer functionality has also been updated to pre-load the following Applicant fields from a Client and to also update the Client from an Applicant:
* Exemption Certificate
* Exemption Expiry Date
* Exemption Issue Date
* GST Exempt
* Resident
* Tax Category
* Tax Country
NOTE: Just like the New Client wizard, the display/ entry of Tax information is determined by the Client Group, i.e., the Client Groups form, New Client wizard page must have the 'Tax Information' box checked.
