HTML Viewer form; updated to better handle non-HTML content

The HTML Viewer form has been updated to better handle non-HTML content.

Sometimes text may try to be displayed as XML or HTML content, and this shows as an error in the form.

This changes includes drilldowns from the Service Log form.
